This class will focus on basic climbing techniques, knots, and other skills on aerial fabric to build strength, flexibility,
balance and confidence. Develop your comfort off the ground, both right-side-up and upside-down.

Please do not confond this class with AntiGravity or Aerial Yoga class

Find your balance and strengthened your muscles at the same time. This is a perfect combination of an intense body workout and strong mental improvements like focus. Perfect for athletes in order to prevent injuries or to combine in rehabilitation program.

Aerial Yoga

The 60 minute class

 Stretch and get deep into the body’s connective tissue. No experience necessary. The whole body is guided to move and stretch, which tones and redefines muscles while regenerating and strengthening the joints & improve your cardiovascular system
