Where can I hang the Yoga Swing ?
The simplest way to install is using an exposed beam in your house, garage or porch. You can also use a Door Mount Bar .Also, the bar of a swing set or a tree branch will work.
What height should the yoga hammock hang?
We suggest about hip height, so that you can get in and out without difficult

How far apart should the ceiling bolts be ?
I have a neck injury, could the yoga hammock be safe for me?
We always recommend to see a doctor to get approval before using the Yoga Swing. You have to be very very careful with your neck.
What is the weight limit on the Swing ?
The maximum usage of the Yoga Swing is 550lbs. Please be sure that wherever you hang the hammock can support your weight.
We have customers of all ages, including in their 60s and 70s using The Yoga Swing, but for sure talk to (and trust) your doctor.
Can older people like seniors use this ?
The Swing is digging into my back/thighs, why is that ?
It means you have not positioned it correctly. The swing should only cover your bum. Check our tutorials on Instagram to see the correct positioning
Is the Yoga Swing good for back pain relief & increasing flexibility ?
It can certainly help with back pain & flexibility. We recommand hanging upside down a few minutes a day for lower back pain, and 15mn stretching a day for improving flexibility.
Inversions can make you feel a bit dizzy at first. Your body simply has to adjust, and after a little while practicing, you should be able to use the swing without any nausea or dizziness.
