NEW YEAR'S EVE CHALLENGE
New Year, New Start, New Program!
For the first month of the year we are going to build & strength every part of the body, each week, through some simple and effective home-exercices!
Before getting on the silks or even propose you a special Aerial Training (that will be next month!) , we are going to train full body workout within 2 circuits to prepare ourselves and our bodies for the future next big challenge ON THE SILKS ! As you probably already know, Aerialism demands an intense effort on upper-body like shoulders, arms, back and neck so it will be
THE FIRST CHALLENGE OF THE YEAR !!
TIPS : If you don't have any weights at home, use water bottles or everything you can find with the same approximative weight. As for the bench, use your bed.
1 - BUILD YOUR BACK AND SHOULDERS (2/3 x times/week)
With this 2 circuits programs be sure to have a COMPLETE and EFFECTIVE back & shoulder workout.
